Michael Corliss

Michael is the founder and shareholder of Pacific Trust Company. Michael has over 40 years of experience owning and operating unique business assets and privately held operating companies. He founded Investco in 1983, which today manages real estate assets on behalf of the Corliss family and its partners. In 1985, he acquired The Truss Company & Building Supply, which manufactures roof trusses in Washington, Oregon, and California. He also owns farming, winery, and vineyard operations. Michael is deeply involved in the business community and has dedicated his time and experience to a variety of businesses as an active board member. For over 40 years Michael has served on the boards of public and private financial institutions and International companies. From 1999 to 2018, Michael served on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, the University of Puget Sound. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Seattle Art Museum since 2007. Michael was born and raised in Sumner, WA.  He is passionate about tennis, fine wine, and travel.

Kevin Callaghan

Kevin is the Chairman and Wealth Manager at Badgley Phelps, a Pacific Northwest investment management firm, managing over $3 billion in assets. As a part of the Badgley Phelps team since 1983, Kevin has extensive wealth management experience working with estates, trusts, family partnerships and other topics relating to wealth management in a complex taxable environment. Kevin has served as a Trustee for the Museum of Flight since 1996 and served as President from 2008 to 2009. Since 2004 Kevin has also served as Trustee for John Graham Foundation. Kevin served as Director of the Bishop Eye Research Foundation since 1999. Since 2012 he has served as its President. He serves as a board member of ACT Theatre for four years, The Overlake School for four years, Bertschi School for five years, and University Preparatory Academy for three years. An adventurist pilot, sailboat racer and fisherman, Kevin has climbed Mt. Rainier four times since his 50th birthday.

Chris Brain

Chris is a co-founder of Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, which is a boutique real estate law firm that offers sophisticated litigation, transaction, and real estate services.  Chris’s practice focuses primarily on complex real property, commercial, and class action litigation. Chris is recognized as a preeminent lawyer in his field. He was designated as one of the best lawyers in America in commercial Litigation and real estate law by Best Lawyers®. He has been recognized as one of the best lawyers in Washington by both Seattle, and Washington Law & Politics magazines. He is peer rated for the highest level of professional excellence in Martindale-Hubbell® and selected to Super Lawyers for the last 21 years.  He also served as an arbitrator on numerous commercial cases, through both private selection and as a AAA arbitrator, and as a private mediator.  Personally, and with partners, Chris has participated in various real-estate development projects. Chris was a member of the Seattle Yacht Club (“SYC”) Board of Trustees for six years, served as the Judge Advocate for the SYC for two years, and served on the SYC Foundation Board for 6 years. He also serves as an instructor at University of Washington’s Certified Program in Commercial Real Estate since 1998. Chris and his wife and dogs live half the year in the San Juan Islands.

Eben Corliss

Eben is President of Tarragon Southwest, a property management and leasing company. Eben joined the family real estate business as Co-Founder and President of Tarragon Northwest, specializing in research, acquisitions, property development, and management. He has served in various management roles overseeing several operating companies. Eben has experience overseeing diverse real estate assets, including commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural properties. His projects have involved unique and challenging renovations of local historic properties in Walla Walla, as well as ground up manufacturing plants in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho for the Truss Company. Eben serves as President of various Homeowner and Property Owner Associations in Washington and California. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Program. Eben is an avid skier, golfer, boater, and traveler.

RoseMary Reed

RoseMary started her professional life working in a genetics lab studying infectious disease, but eventually made the non-linear jump to the University of Washington School of Law and a career as a lawyer. RoseMary stepped away from private practice in 2023; but prior to that was a shareholder at the Seattle firm of Stokes Lawrence, P.S. where she concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning, gift and estate taxation, probate and the law of exempt organizations.  She is a past chair of the Washington State Bar Association Real Property Probate and Trust Section and a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. RoseMary has been a regular volunteer at the King County Bar Association Neighborhood Elder Law Clinic, as well as serving on the board of the Seattle Humane Society and Guide Dogs for the Blind. Outside of work you can often find RoseMary doing her best to keep up with her teen and tween, squeezing in a workout whenever possible, planning her next travel adventure or sampling one of the many amazing restaurants in the PNW.
